About Sophie
I never set out to become an emotional balance coach. My journey began long before I even knew those words existed.
I grew up in France, lived in Germany, and eventually moved to the United States. Each transition stretched me, reshaped me, and taught me things that didn’t come from books. When I first walked into a yoga class in Germany in 1997, I didn’t understand the language, but something in me understood the practice. Yoga became the place where I could finally hear myself. Ayurveda helped me make sense of my body and the way emotions express themselves through it. Together, they became my foundation.
When my family and I moved to the U.S., I raised two young children while trying to build a life in a new culture. Like many women, I carried the weight of everyone’s needs while quietly shelving parts of myself. I leaned on the tools I had learned early on—breath, presence, awareness, letting go. They helped me navigate loss, identity shifts, and the constant reinvention that comes with motherhood, moving, and change.
And then my children grew up.
Their independence brought joy, but also a question I didn’t expect: Who am I now?
It was the same question I began hearing from so many women around me—women who had been strong for everyone else but suddenly felt overwhelmed, disconnected, or unsure of themselves.
What I realized is that emotional overwhelm isn’t a flaw. It’s a signal. A call to come home to ourselves.
That’s when my work became clear.
I began guiding women through the same process I had lived myself: learning how emotions work, how the mind creates stories, how the body stores tension, and how we can return to clarity and inner steadiness. Emotional balance is not about avoiding feelings or staying calm all the time. It’s about understanding what you feel, processing emotional pain, and returning to yourself with honesty and compassion.
Today, my work blends everything that has shaped me—yoga, Ayurveda, mindfulness, self-inquiry, coaching, and lived experience. I help women move from emotional overwhelm to grounded presence. From confusion to clarity. From self-doubt to self-confidence. Not by becoming someone new, but by reconnecting to who they’ve always been.
My approach is simple:
I meet you where you are, without judgment, and walk with you as you find your way back to emotional steadiness and inner peace.
If you’re ready to reconnect with yourself and create a life that feels aligned and grounded, I’m here to support you.
You can begin by downloading my free guide, “Five Ways To Reconnect With Yourself & Regain Emotional Balance.”
And if you want to go deeper, my book, “Beyond Emotions,” will be released in January 2026 — a reflection of everything this journey has taught me about healing, clarity, and living with an open heart.
