Mindful Breathing for a mindful life.

When stress arises…breathe

When emotions arise…breathe

When depression arises…breathe

When you are happy…breathe

And when you are contemplating your life and what you want to create…breathe

As I started my training in Yoga I discovered that there is so much about the breath, I bought several books about the breath and I remember my mother saying “I didn’t know we could write so much about the breath”. Yes, we take our breath for granted, and yet it has so much to share.

When we are under stress, tired, happy, or sick, our breath changes because physically, emotionally, or mentally our state is changing.

As we pay attention to the breath we discover more about ourselves and then we can act on the breath to act on our state. From pain, we can move toward release, from stress to peace, from suffering to ease.

This video will lead you to it.
